Setiap ekspansi tata kelola muncul dari pengakuan akan krisis. The League of Nations followed the First World War. The United Nations followed the Second. Each institution addressed the limitations of its predecessor.

Kita berada di titik balik yang serupa. The challenges of the 21st century—transnational finance, digital infrastructure, climate systems, pandemic risk—cannot be managed by nation-states alone. Yet no legitimate democratic body exists with the authority to coordinate collective action at the required scale.

Argumen Evolusi

Federalisme menyelesaikannya. When local governance proved insufficient, states formed federations—pooling sovereignty to address collective problems while maintaining local autonomy where appropriate.

Kita membutuhkan tata kelola global. We do not need world government. We need global governance: limited, accountable, and focused on the problems that nations cannot solve alone.
